GlobalNxt University is a Malaysian higher education institution accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). It offers internationally recognised bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes through a flexible Open and Distance Learning (ODL) model, alongside selected on-campus study options. With programmes accepted by WES and IQAS, GlobalNxt University is also recognised through its affiliations with leading international higher education organisations, including the International Association of Universities (IAU), the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), AACSB, EFMD and AAOU.
Originally established in Singapore in 2001 as U21Global, the institution has evolved through significant international partnerships and growth, re-establishing in Malaysia in 2012. In 2025, the University became part of GlobalNxt, a UK-based education group, strengthening its position within a growing international network committed to expanding access to quality higher education worldwide.
