In this 90-minute webinar attendees will be able to explore what diversity, equity and inclusion mean, how this applies to their team and in other areas of their work and community life. Participants will:

1. Build shared understanding of the key concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion
2. Increase awareness of diverse cultural identities and the value of belonging
3. Explore strategies and opportunities to improve inclusion and exercise allyship in their team

The workshop will be highly interactive, attendees will engage in small group discussions and hear some of the key business drivers for DEI in the workplace.
